FAQ

Our cedar boxes are handcrafted using  Eastern Aromatic Cedar. The wood  we use is grade 1 and sourced in both Arkansas and Texas. The top, bottom and sides of our boxes are all 7/16" solid cedar and finished with a beautiful router edge. We've never considered taking shortcuts with our boxes.  We don't use laminate or inferior wood on the top or bottoms to save costs.  All of our boxes are made in Euless, Texas by hardworking Texans.

Cedar Valley is a  family owned and operated business located near Dallas, Texas. We're continually working to improve the process, efficiency and the quality of our boxes.  We want to satisfy our business partners, so we strive to work collectively with you to ensure you're receiving your orders on time and that we keep shipping costs low.  

At Cedar Valley, we believe you get what you pay for. We offer our products at a reasonable price which is no different than our customers offering their services at a reasonable price. Overall, we know we're not competitors with China and India. We don't provide flimsy, "cheap" or inferior product. We love making boxes and we hope you love the boxes you get from us!

Normally 1 pound of living weight = 1 cubic inch. Pet urn sizes are normally determined by the size/weight of the pet. A 35 pound pet would need a 35 cubic inch urn or larger.

Our Plant in Euless, Texas includes a Retail Division. We create many types of wood products including pet urns, human urns, keepsake boxes, cedar chests, wine and spirits boxes. We've sold over 8,300 retail products online and  have a  5 Star Rating for product quality, service and customer satisfaction.

Pickup available!

Larger orders are shipped via UPS from Texas. We offer the most cost effective and competitive Corporate shipping rates.  We don't charge inflated shipping costs. 

Texas orders may be received in 2 days and cross country deliveries could take 4-5 business days.
